Charmed was one of the best fantasy and drama shows of its time. Although many current TV series continues to give fans new ideas and stories, people still watch many series that aired in the past. As Charmed aired from 1998 to 2006 for eight seasons, it has various masterful episodes that fans can’t get enough of.
‘That ’70s Episode’
This is the 17th episode of season one. Charmed used to thrill fans when it incorporated the idea of time travel, making it distinct from many TV shows. The idea of sending ‘The Charmed Ones’ to the ’70s created a special moment for fans. The episode focused on the family dynamics of the sisters’ younger lives and the surprising moment they met their long-deceased mother.
‘From Fear to Eternity’
Creating the character Barbas was one of the thrilling ideas developed by the show’s creators, including Brad Kern, the showrunner. Barbas was a demon of fear who used others’ fears to kill them by various means, including earthquakes, drowning, or losing a loved one. This created and developed a unique character during the early times of the show, allowing fans to debate which fear the character would use against them based on their personal lives. ‘From Fear to Eternity’ is the 13th episode of season one.
‘All Hell Breaks Loose’
This is the final episode of season three. Although The Charmed Ones quickly overcomes a demon named Shax, a local media firm records them and exposes them to the world. This creates chaos where similar enemies and fans flood their homes and threaten their lives. Fortunately, they develop a way of undoing time and risk a new tragic destiny.
This is one of the episodes that kept fans anxious since a danger may arise after every minute. Although many fans found the episode to be one of the best, others were not impressed by the cliffhanger. Generally, many fans view this episode as strong, perfect for Shannen Doherty’s final feature in the series.
‘Centennial Charmed’
This is the 12th episode of season five. During this episode, Cole finds another tactic of making Phoebe love him, regardless of their previous experience. As he notes, Paige is the main reason for their separation. Cole makes a reality where Paige was never part of the family, and this causes the Power of Three to break after the death of Prue. This leaves Paige with no option but to work fast to reassemble the Power of Three, saving the innocents who vanished from Cole’s enchantment, and Phoebe overcomes him.
Fans were excited by the concept of this episode and created the feeling that Cole’s death was a perfect way to recognize the best parts of the previous episodes.
‘Seven Year Witch’
During the 16th episode of season seven, Cole’s fans were excited when he returned after years of his death to assist Piper in returning to Leo’s arms. During his final episodes, Cole became an evil being and was even killed by Phoebe, his wife. This episode allowed Cole to return, correct his wrong actions, and prove his eternal love for Phoebe.
Charmed has many exciting episodes based on their suspense and twists. Although the show last aired years ago, it remains a thrilling series for many fans.
